GinSin 12 Botanics is a distilled non-alcoholic drink with 12 botanicals including juniper, coriander, cinnamon, lavender, lemon, hibiscus and orange blossom and much more. This non-alcoholic gin alternative has a fragrance of juniper, tangy citrus and hints of spice. On the palate it is smooth and a tad sweet, but the botanicals open up one by one and mix nicely with juniper slightly at the forefront, and is reminiscent of a Bombay Sapphire. Tonic water tones down the sweetness nicely to make an impressive G&T. One of the best Gin alternatives on the market.
Pour 1 part Ginsin into a large cold gin balloon glass partly filled with ice and add about 2 parts tonic water. Garnish with sliced cucumber and a rosemary sprig.
