Seedlip Garden 108 is a world-first non-alcoholic distilled 'spirit' made from a fresh mix of hay, pea, spearmint, rosemary, thyme and hop. The result is a flavour-packed drink perfect for summer sipping. Each ingredient is distilled separately in copper stills before the alcohol is removed from each, and the distillates are blended, diluted and bottled - and there are no additives or sweeteners.
Born entirely around the premise of ‘what to drink when you’re not drinking’, the botanical spirit is rather like a gin that’s not gin, as the predominant flavour is clove rather than juniper. British entrepreneur and botany enthusiast Ben Branson is behind the label which currently includes just two different flavour options, both designed to be partnered with tonic.
Sugar free and calorie free, a suggested recipe is 50 ml Seedlip Garden 108 and 125 ml of tonic - with a twist of elderflower syrup, apple and or cucumber this is a really pleasant drink. Or check out their recipe for a Seedlip Garden Sour at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RedO6QiR0x8
