Patritti Wines have been producing a range of fine, de-alcoholised wines since 1995. The Billabong Wines range complements the existing range of non-alcoholic grape and fruit juices, and contains less than 0.5% alcohol.
This de-alcoholised wine is produced by a unique, multi-stage de-alcoholisation process. The basis of the process involves the initial extraction of the wine's colours and flavours, and the secondary extraction of the wine's alcohol. The original colours and flavours are finally re-introduced to the newly de-alcoholised wine.
