Brewed naturally with premium ingredients, Prohibition Pacific Ale is fully attenuated to tease out the maximum range of flavours from the fermentation process. Using proprietary know how we then reduce the alcohol levels before dry hopping for at least 21 days using Galaxy, Vic Secret and Eclipse hops. During this time, our beer is well-lagered which allows flavours to fully develop.
