This outstanding Merlot made from grapes grown in the Bordeaux region of France is a deep red colour with hints of shiny purple. On the nose it has generous notes of ripened red fruits. On the palate it has sumptuous body and a delightful depth of flavours reminiscent of red fruits, spices and vanilla. Nice complexity and subtle elegance.
A proportion of this wine has undergone traditional vinification being aged in oak barrels prior to alcohol extraction and flavor and aromas preservation. Pierre Zéro Prestige Merlot is considered as a Medoc without alcohol as it is full-bodied with high tannins and low acidity - in other words a classic Bordeaux wine. Minimal sulphur.
